Dress Note

There is no strict dress code. Please dress elegantly, but keep it light and comfortable. The wedding ceremony will be outdoors in a garden, so ladies may wish to choose heels that are comfortable and suitable for grass or outdoor flooring.

Mountain Reminder

Bansko is a mountain town. Some places may look close on a map, but walking times and elevation can be greater than expected. Although it is a mountain area, the day is expected to be sunny, so please bring sunscreen and, if you are sensitive to insects, mosquito repellent as well.

Amuse Bouche
  • Marinated salmon tartar with cucumber spaghetti, ginger sauce and dill oil
Starter
  • Homemade ravioli stuffed with eggplant and taleggio, porcini sauce and Pecorino Romano
  • Local goat cheese panna cotta with red peppers chutney and crispy bread
Fish Course
  • Salmon fillet with saffron-ginger sauce, spinach sauté and potato mille-feuille
Main Course
  • Option 1: Lamb chops with celeriac puree, confit potatoes, glazed carrots and lamb jus
  • Option 2: Orange glazed duck breast, sweet potatoes, grilled endive and duck jus
  • Vegetarian: Vegetarian cannelloni with porcini and artichoke, truffle sauce, crispy parmesan and fresh truffle

  • Pistachio and salted caramel cake with poached pears

Children can also eat from the adult menu. If you prefer this, please write the child’s adult-menu choices in the RSVP form.

We would love to hear from you

Please send us your attendance, guest details, adult starter and main course choices, children’s menu choices, allergies, dietary requirements and any notes for the bride and groom.

Your presence will make our day even more special.

Please let us know who will be attending, whether you are coming with children, and the menu choices for each attending guest. If you cannot attend, only your names, email and attendance answer are needed.

The RSVP form opens the official Google confirmation page in a new tab after sending, so the response is only considered submitted once Google confirms it.

Menu choices will appear after the number of adult guests is selected.
Please complete the name, starter and main course choice for each adult guest. The fish course is served before the main course and is not part of the main course dropdown.
